1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal, business, technical, and service-related information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us, submit a form, request a quote, book a consultation, engage us for IT services, use software or reporting solutions provided by us, or authorize a supported third-party integration.

Information we may collect includes:

  • Name and business name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Service request and support information
  • Website form submissions
  • Technical, network, system, or business information you choose to provide
  • Application and system configuration information required to provide contracted services
  • Account or company identifiers associated with authorized third-party integrations
  • Business and accounting information made available through authorized connected services

We aim to collect only information that is reasonably required to provide, secure, support, maintain, or improve the applicable service.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information for legitimate business and service purposes, including providing contracted IT, software, reporting, integration, support, security, and consulting services.

  • Responding to service requests and inquiries
  • Providing IT support, managed services, software, and consultation
  • Preparing proposals, quotations, agreements, or invoices
  • Operating and supporting reporting dashboards and business applications
  • Connecting authorized third-party services requested by our clients
  • Synchronizing authorized business data for reporting and analytics
  • Troubleshooting, monitoring, maintaining, and securing systems
  • Improving our services, applications, and website experience
  • Maintaining records where required for legal, contractual, accounting, or administrative purposes

We do not use customer accounting or connected-service data for advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated marketing purposes.

3. QuickBooks Online and Connected Services

Certain applications, dashboards, integration services, or reporting solutions provided by SAIORA IT Techno Inc. may connect to third-party business platforms, including QuickBooks Online, when explicitly authorized by the customer.

Authorization

Connections to QuickBooks Online are authorized through Intuit's authentication and authorization process. Users sign in directly with Intuit and grant the requested permissions to the applicable application.

SAIORA IT Techno Inc. does not require customers to provide their QuickBooks Online password to establish the integration.

Information Accessed

Depending on the functions enabled for a particular customer, the application may access business and accounting information available through the authorized QuickBooks Online connection, which may include:

  • Company and account information
  • Chart of accounts
  • Customers and vendors
  • Invoices and related transaction information
  • Bills and accounts payable information
  • Purchases and expenses
  • Payments
  • Vendor credits and related adjustments
  • Credit-card and other financial account activity
  • Transaction dates, amounts, balances, references, and classifications
  • Other records required for specifically enabled reporting or synchronization functions

Purpose of Access

QuickBooks Online information is accessed only to provide the functionality authorized by the customer, such as business reporting, financial visibility, synchronization, analytics, reconciliation support, dashboard calculations, and related application services.

Where an application is designed for read-only reporting, SAIORA IT Techno Inc. configures the integration to retrieve information for reporting and analysis and does not intentionally create, modify, or delete accounting transactions unless such functionality has been separately agreed to and authorized.

OAuth Credentials and Tokens

Connected applications may maintain authorization tokens issued by Intuit so that the customer does not need to repeatedly authorize the integration. Such tokens are treated as confidential application credentials and are used only to maintain the customer's authorized connection.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose QuickBooks Online authorization tokens for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information, customer accounting data, or information obtained through connected business applications.

Information may be disclosed only where reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide or support an authorized service
  • Operate technology infrastructure required for the service
  • Work with trusted technology or professional service providers
  • Protect our clients, systems, users, or business from security threats or misuse
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or lawful government requirements
  • Enforce contractual rights or protect legal interests

Service providers may include hosting providers, cloud platforms, email services, security tools, software vendors, analytics providers, payment processors, professional advisors, or other technology providers required to deliver the applicable service.

Where third-party providers process information on our behalf, we seek to limit access to information reasonably required for the applicable service.

5. Security of Information

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, disclosure, or destruction.

Depending on the service and environment, safeguards may include:

  • Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS
  • Authentication and access-control mechanisms
  • Restricted administrative access
  • Network firewall and security controls
  • Secure handling of application credentials and authorization tokens
  • Operating-system and software security updates
  • Logging, monitoring, and security review where applicable
  • Backup and recovery controls where included in the applicable service

No computer system, network, transmission method, or storage platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service and information involved while continuing to evaluate security risks and controls.

6. Data Storage and Retention

The location in which customer information is stored depends on the service being provided and the customer's deployment architecture.

Some SAIORA applications are deployed on infrastructure designated or controlled by the customer, including on-premises servers located within the customer's business environment. In such deployments, synchronized business or accounting data may remain within that customer-controlled infrastructure.

SAIORA IT Techno Inc. may also maintain limited service, configuration, support, security, or administrative information where reasonably necessary to provide and support the applicable service.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, satisfy contractual obligations, resolve disputes, comply with applicable law, or meet legitimate administrative requirements.

Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, the customer's contractual requirements, legal obligations, backup cycles, and the nature of the applicable service.

7. Disconnecting QuickBooks Online or Other Connected Services

A customer may request that an authorized connected-service integration be disconnected, subject to the applicable service agreement and administrative requirements.

When a QuickBooks Online connection is disconnected or authorization is revoked:

  • The application will no longer be authorized to retrieve new information through that connection
  • Associated authorization credentials or tokens will no longer be used to access the disconnected account
  • Stored synchronized information will be retained, returned, archived, or deleted in accordance with contractual, legal, operational, backup, and customer requirements

Customers may also manage or revoke authorized application access through the applicable third-party provider, including Intuit, subject to that provider's account-management capabilities.

8. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our public website may use cookies or similar technologies to improve functionality, understand website traffic, measure performance, and enhance the user experience.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings, although certain website features may not function properly as a result.

Business applications provided to customers may use technically necessary session or authentication cookies required for secure sign-in and application operation.

9. Your Choices, Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

Subject to applicable law and contractual requirements, you may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information under our control.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before processing a request, particularly where the information relates to a business customer, connected account, or another individual's information.

Some information may need to be retained where required by law, contractual obligations, legitimate security requirements, backup processes, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or necessary business recordkeeping.

For information stored within customer-controlled systems, requests may need to be coordinated with the organization that controls that environment.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website, applications, and services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. Those providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

For example, QuickBooks Online services are provided by Intuit. When you authorize a QuickBooks Online connection, certain authentication and account-management activities are performed directly through Intuit.

We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices, content, availability, or security controls of third-party services outside our control.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applications, legal obligations, security practices, or third-party integrations.

Material changes will be reflected on this page by updating the "Last Updated" date shown above.
